The 30-day guarantee

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete or isn’t what you ordered, email support@halloweenavenue.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won’t have to send the kit back.

Changed your mind?

You can return an unopened kit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund covers the kit price once we receive it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible: we can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet.
